“Tennessee is investing $ 30 million to encourage school districts to rethink what is possible and create innovative, impactful high school experiences for all students by developing strategic partnerships with businesses and industries in their local communities,” said Commissioner Penny Schwinn. “Building on the history of strong public-private partnerships in our state, the Innovative High Schools Models program will provide students with more opportunities to discover challenging careers and thrive, the industry, develop local talent, and the schools that Creatively meet their community’s needs. ”
