Summer time applications on the Amboy 4-H Environmental Schooling Heart | Schooling
AMBOY – The Amboy 4-H Environmental Education Center will host several public programs this summer and fall. The first of these, Stream Safari, will take place on Wednesday, July 28th at 9:30 am. Participants learn that the freshwater community is diverse when it comes to animals and plants. Program participants will explore the creek to discover these animals and plants. Pants and shoes get wet and muddy. Pre-registration is required. Visit https://reg.cce.cornell.edu/StreamSafariAmboy4-HEEC_235 to register or scan the QR code with a phone. These programs are designed for families; However, individuals can participate. Pre-registration is required for all programs. Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a mask that complies with the implementation of the latest CDC guidelines by New York State. However, vaccinated individuals may wear masks (or other acceptable face covering) at their discretion and maintain social distance. Unvaccinated individuals must wear a mask (or other acceptable face covering) indoors and when two meters of social distancing is not possible outdoors, in accordance with New York State’s implementation of recent CDC guidelines. Participants must continue to sign the Cornell Cooperative Extension Acceptance of Risk and Disclaimer regarding COVID-19 prior to entering the program.
If the family plan is $ 12, there is a charge of $ 4 per person. Children under three are free.
