Prepare children for summer time

For teenagers: Falling back feels pretty good for your teen as the world is essentially an hour closer to their natural sleep schedule.
I encourage teenagers not to use the new time as an excuse to sleep in or stay awake longer the day after the change.
For example, if your teen is having trouble falling asleep before 11:30 p.m. on a Sunday night, this is a good opportunity to let them sleep at 10:30 p.m.
