Meet Adhara Pérez, The 9-12 months-Outdated With A Increased IQ Than Einstein
The 9-year-old Adhara Pérez has an IQ of 162 – higher than the two geniuses Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking with values of 160.
Born in Mexico City, he grew up in the slums of Tlahuac and was diagnosed with Asperger’s, an autism spectrum disorder, when he was just 3 years old.
Because of their differences, Adhara experienced bullying in school and struggled academically. According to The Yucatan Times, her classmates often made fun of her, and her teachers didn’t think she would get anywhere academically.
School can be tough for children, but it’s even more difficult for people with a developmental disorder. Those perceived as “different” by their peers can face severe bullying and the school system is not designed to help people with special needs improve in education. All of this applied to Adhara, who wanted to become an astronaut but did not think fit enough because of her school achievements.
After her mother discovered she was being bullied at school, she decided to put Adhara into therapy – and then everything changed for her.
Adhara scored 162 points on the IQ test, surpassing the IQs of Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking. The Yucatan Times reported that Adhara graduated from elementary school at five, middle school at six, and high school at eight.
The now nine-year-old has studied two online university degrees, industrial engineering in mathematics and systems engineering at CNCI.
Adhara hopes to go to the University of Arizona to realize her dream of becoming an astronaut. According to the Mexico News Daily, the president of the university personally invited her to study there and sent her a letter with the news.
The letter read:
“I was thrilled to read your incredible story online and find out that your dream school is the University of Arizona. We have many excellent space science programs, you would have many opportunities to work side by side with the world’s leading experts … You have a bright future ahead of you and I hope to see you on campus one day as a Wildcat. “
They say to shoot at the moon so that you land between the stars, but I think Adhara can shoot at the moon and actually land there. Given that she has accomplished more at such a young age than most people have done in their entire life, it will be interesting to see where life takes her.
