Kelly Publicizes Service Academy Preparatory College Placement | Training
WASHINGTON – US Representative Trent Kelly (R-Miss.) Is pleased to announce the placement of Mitchell Shettles at the United States Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, Rhode Island. Mitchell, a 2020 graduate of New Albany High School, is working on a career with the U.S. Coast Guard. Mitchell excelled in both science and athletics. In addition, he has mentored younger students and encouraged them to make good decisions in their lives. Mitchell also committed to public service, volunteering in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and participating in New Albany High School’s Special Needs Prom. “I want to serve my country and look forward to preparing for the US Coast Guard Academy,” said Mitchell.
