Colleges will develop their very own particular schooling academics on this Washtenaw County program

Justin Harper, a parapagogue at Ann Arbor Public Schools, is one of 25 members of the first pilot to help paraprofessionals earn their teaching degree. ANN ARBOR, MI – Justin Harper already knows the staff and students at Ann Arbor’s Dicken Elementary School, where he has spent most of the past 14 years as a paraprofessional.

Given the impact he was having on students during that time, Harper took up a teaching degree and took “a class here or there” when he could afford to pay out of pocket.
