Q: Should children wear masks in the classroom?
ON: Yes absolutely. I was on the fence a few months ago, but now that Delta has surfaced, I’m firmly on the masking side.
Get your child a high-performance mask, such as an N95, KN95, or KF94, that is tailored for children. Make sure the mask fits snugly and that there are no gaps on your nose, cheeks or chin. It should have metal around the bridge of the nose so you can customize the mask to fit your child’s face.
